MedConsultHQ is recruiting for a prestigious healthcare client in Dubai, UAE, seeking a Western-Trained Urologist to join its medical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced urology specialist or consultant with recognised Western training and a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and high-quality patient-centred care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a broad range of urological conditions, providing appropriate medical and surgical treatment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, prostate diseases, bladder conditions, and male reproductive health concerns.
Perform appropriate urological procedures and surgical interventions within the scope of clinical privileges.
Develop individualised treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs and current evidence-based practices.
Provide preoperative assessments, postoperative management, and follow-up care.
Advise patients on preventive measures, treatment options, and long-term management of urological conditions.
Collaborate with other specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with applicable healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
Recognised medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Urology.
Western-trained medical professional with recognised specialist or consultant-level credentials.
Demonstrable clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of urological conditions.
Surgical expertise appropriate to the position and the candidate’s clinical privileges.
Eligibility for the relevant UAE healthcare professional licence, such as a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licence, as applicable.
Excellent clinical judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and clinical excellence.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
